What’s Next Career Transition Services provides individual job outplacement services for baby boomers. Founder and President, The Boomer Group

Stephanie Klein is an experienced corporate recruiter and a former partner in a national recruiting firm. A graduate of Colorado State University with a master’s degree in management, she heads a staff with 25 years of combined recruiting experience and more than 50 years of business consulting expertise. A member of the Colorado Society of Human Resource Management, Stephanie is president of the 1,300-member Colorado Human Resource Association. The Boomer Group is dedicated to matching Colorado employers with the best and most experienced candidates. Active in the Colorado community, the company served as a leader in the Rose Community Foundation’s Boomers Leading Change Initiative and recently received a grant from the Foundation to help baby boomers improve their job search skills.
